1. Nature of Service
Automotive locksmith services involve direct intervention in the vehicle's electronic, mechanical, and security systems. Certain vehicles — particularly hybrid, electric (EV), and technologically advanced models — present greater technical complexity and inherent risks that may be beyond the technician's control.
2. All Keys Lost (AKL)
The customer hereby declares and confirms that they possess NO functional key for the vehicle at the time of requesting this service. The Technician will perform the AKL procedure, which requires full access to and reprogramming of the vehicle's key control module and/or onboard computer (ECU / BCM / IMMO). The customer acknowledges that this procedure is highly complex and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: reset or loss of existing vehicle configurations, manifestation of pre-existing electronic faults triggered during the process, or — in exceptional cases — the need to replace additional components not initially anticipated. The Technician shall not be held liable for any of these outcomes, provided they act with reasonable professional diligence.
3. Release of Liability
The customer understands and agrees that Service R Us USA (FL License #01225LK), hereinafter referred to as "the Technician," shall not be held responsible for any damage, mechanical failure, electronic malfunction, or issue of any nature that may arise during or after the performance of the service, provided such damage is not the direct result of proven gross negligence on the part of the Technician. This includes, but is not limited to: ignition system failures, electronic module malfunctions, high-voltage battery issues, vehicle computers (ECU/BCM), or any other component associated with the system being serviced.
4. Electric & Hybrid Vehicles
The customer acknowledges that electric and hybrid vehicles contain high-voltage systems and more complex electronic architectures. The Technician will exercise due professional care; however, no specific outcome is guaranteed, and the Technician assumes no responsibility for pre-existing or subsequent failures in these systems.
5. Right to Decline or Discontinue Service
The Technician reserves the right to suspend or decline to initiate service at any time if, in their professional judgment, there is significant risk of damage to the vehicle or harm to any person. In such cases, no charge will be assessed for time spent up to that point, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
The Technician does not guarantee successful completion of the service in all cases. Conditions such as advanced vehicle deterioration, previously damaged components, or system limitations may prevent the work from being completed. The customer accepts this possibility by authorizing the service.
7. Customer Authorization
The customer declares that they hold legal title to the vehicle or have express authorization from the registered owner to request this service, and expressly authorizes the Technician to perform work on the vehicle under the terms described herein.
You must agree to the terms to proceed
